Where and When? The 8th Annual Queen West Art Crawl will take place September 17 - 19, 2010. We are already overflowing with ideas for installations, symposia, and hot art happenings over 4 days this coming year, and we can't wait to share them. Watch this space for details early in the new year!
More than 500 artists will exhibit their work in locations along Queen Street West from Bathurst to Roncesvalles. Parks, galleries, cafes, retail and design shops and studios will be getting into the act with superb art exhibitions and activities. Join us as we celebrate artists and art lovers on the hippest street in Canada.
What Have We Done? Since its inception in 2003, the Queen West Art Crawl (QWAC for those in the know) has flourished into a three-day celebration of creativity, ingenuity and community. QWAC presents a wonderful weekend showcasing the dynamic creative talent that makes the Parkdale / Queen West community one of the city's most precious cultural outlets.
What is to Come? Join us for what we hope will be the best Queen West Art Crawl yet. Throwing cultural and economic differences out the window, the festival embraces the dynamic diversity that is Queen West. QWAC brings together children, adults, locals, international visitors, cultural consumers and cultural producers.

The Mission Statement and Vision of the Queen West Art Crawl
The Queen West Art Crawl (QWAC) promotes meaningful interaction between art and people in the neighbourhoods of West Queen West and Parkdale in Toronto. The annual festival highlights and exhibits the work of professional artists, and presents new ideas via art scholars and curators, artists, and art lovers.
Through the dynamic free programming and activities of the Queen West Art Crawl, the public is encouraged to engage with this community, to become more educated about and enriched by art. QWAC actively reaches out to all segments of the local community and to those who live, work, and play in the City of Toronto.
