Festival Support Project

The purpose of the Festivals Support Project is to help the Parkdale and Liberty arts and cultural industry by providing staff and promotional resources to the groups organizing festivals or similar events in the community. Currently there are more than twenty festivals of all sizes being presented annually. These events make an important contribution to the community and to the local economy.

For the most part, the local festivals/events are planned and staffed by community volunteers using minimal resources. The Festivals Support Project will reinforce and strengthen their presence in the community and help these events flourish.
